Welcome to Nubian Land!

Our Nubians come from old and well founded bloodlines focusing on confirmation and milk production. Personalities are very important to us and all our ladies are loving and easy going. Nubian breed charactor is also very important to us and we strive for very correct animals.

Picture of Sugar's udder as a 6 year old, 6th freshener. She has won Best Udder of Breed eight times and Best Udder In Show twice and added Best Doe In Show fall 2009!

GCH 2*M Mojo's CJ Sugar Cocoa Puff 3/15/01 (LA 89 VEVE)

sire: Split-Creek Jackpot (LA 87 VVV)

dam: 1*M Mojo's O.H. Cocoa (LA 86 VE++)

We brought Sugar home as a 2 month old kid and she was the start of our Nubian herd. She is a deep bodied, wide doe and is very dairy. She has a great udder that is strongly attached and well shaped. She has held up well over the course of 8 freshenings and we hope many more to come. She has been a little stingy with doe kids but all her kids have been beautiful and carry her correctness and class.

Sugar has shown very well for us throughout her career. Her current record holds 7x grand champion, 5x reserve champion, 8x best of breed, 8x best udder of breed, 2x best udder in show, 2x best doe in show, and 2x champion challenge winner!

At the 2005 milk test she received her Milking Star and has tested up to 5.2% butterfat. Pictured as a 8 yr. old w/ 8 freshenings

Sugar has been bred to Kastdemur Ain't He Amazin' this fall. All kids will be retained until further notice.

Destiny Mtn. Hopes & Dreams 3/11/07

dam: Destiny MTN Flash of Hope

sire: Destiny MTN Spicey Simon

Hope was a surprise doe kid from Debra Rogers of Destiny MTN Nubians. She has a very flashy coat with several different colors in it. Hope is deep bodied for her age, is very tall, well built, dairy, and has a high escutcheon arch. We are impressed with Hope's udder as a first freshener this spring. She has a smooth and long foreudder, well shaped teats, strong medial, and it is very globe shaped. She is also milking rather well.

We were very pleased with Hope during our 2007 show season as she won 1x grand champion and many 1st places. Her 2009 show record stands at: 3x 1st, 1x 2nd, 2x 4th and 1x grand champion. We are very happy with how she has freshened and look forward to seeing how she matures.

Hope has been bred to Kasdemur Ain't He Amazin' this fall. 2nd doe and all bucks will be available.

Appleberry Cove More Darling 3/13/08

dam: Appleberry Cove Cherry Kisses (LA 85 VV++)

sire: Destiny MTN More Classy Jazz

Darling just drips in class and style. She is very correct over her topline, wide rear leg set, smoothly blended shoulders. She has wonderful breed character and ideal dary character with amazingly loose and plyable skin. Darling also matches her name very well as she is an absolute sweet heart. She is very easy going, calm, and friendly.

Darling's 2009 show record stands at: 1x 1st, 1x 2nd, 1x 3rd 1x5th, 1x grand champion and 1x reserve grand.

Darling will be bred to Aladdin this fall. All kids available.

Appleberry Cove CC Jasmine 3/19/09

dam: Appleberry Cove Cherry Kisses (LA 85 VV++)

sire: Connemara Farms Charlie

Jasmine is tall, wide in the rear leg set, and has very good breed and dairy character. She has a facinating color pattern that has not changed since the day she was born. We are looking forward to seeing how she matures. She is pictured at one month old.

2009 show record: 1x 3rd and 1x 4th with some very tough competition.

Jasmine has been bred to Scotney this fall. All kids will be available.

Appleberry Cove CS Atalaya 4/12/09

dam: GCH 2*M Mojo's CJ Sugar Cocoa Puff (LA 89 VEVE)

sire: Connemara Farms Charlie

This little doe even at such a young age is showing lots of breed and dairy character, level topline, wide in the rear leg set and very good width and stength of chest. She has shown pretty well this fall and has kept up with her growing supprisingly well. Pictured at 61/2 months old.

2009 show record: 1x 2nd, 1x 3rd, and 1x 4th.

Attie will remain dry this year.
